Cet album n'est pas aussi brutal que Naät ou aussi bizarre que The Dark Album — après tout, il a été conçu pour servir de trame pour de la danse contemporaine — mais il est assez sombre ("Odin & Thor") et fait appel à toutes sortes d'expérimentations électroniques agressives (glitches avec effets de chute sur "The Chase" ou vertigineuse sur "Sevens", noise, etc.). En tout cas, cet album est très prenant ! Favorite track: Sevens.

Music originally created for the eponymous contemporary dance piece by Kenneth Flak, some of which was adapted in four different versions as of now, last one under the name God Studies #4 with Kenneth Flak and Külli Roosna as performers.

This series of performances are Kenneth Flak’s interpretations of this mythological universe, tales of classical superheroes where there is no such thing as absolute good or evil. There are only more or less successful strategies of survival, and, when this is no longer possible: to die in style.
